3. Apply the specially crane electric motor, suitable for frequent starting, reversing and braking in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, totally enclosed, dust proof, flange mounted TESC/TEFC, integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection, CT and LT motions
4. The entire gearboxes are made of accurate hob cut helical/spur-gears and pinions having hardness of 250 to 350 BHN, made of carbon alloy steel
5. Electrical panel: Schneider, Siemens or Chint brand, modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuseless circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals, motor overload protection
6. Primer and finishing paint, average thickness: about 100 microns
7. Sub-assemblies characteristic are tested before assembly
8. All cranes must be pre-assembled and tested before leaving factory and offer the certification of test
